King of the North Pepper
Strong upright plants produce early and heavy yields of sweet, crisp bell peppers. The blocky to slightly tapering, thick-walled, dark green peppers mature to a glossy red. One of the best heirloom bell peppers for prairie gardeners. 70 days from transplant for red pepper. Contains 25 seeds.
Planting Instructions: Start indoors in late February or early March under grow lights. Sow 5 to 10 mm deep. Keep soil warm. Seeds should sprout in 10 - 21 days. Transplant seedlings to a sunny outdoor location only after the danger of frost has passed and night time lows remain above 10 C.
