(Anemone cylindrical) White to light pink flowered perennial, 15-20 cm (6-20") tall, blooms late May and June, followed by a white, wooly seed head. Will grow in well drained soil in full sun to partial shade. Seed in early spring or late fall. Sow seeds 4 to 6 mm (1/8-1/4") deep. Spreads by roots and can become invasive so is best to contain this plant.
